By accessing or using CarFossil's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account • You agree to provide accurate and complete information • You must not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to others • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms

• All vehicle listings must be accurate and truthful • Dealers must have the right to sell listed vehicles • Photos must be of the actual vehicle being sold • Pricing information must be accurate and current • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies • We do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle information or availability

• Dealers may be charged fees for listing vehicles • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated • Payment terms are specified in dealer agreements • We may modify our fee structure with notice • Users are responsible for all applicable taxes

You agree not to: • Post false or misleading information • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Engage in fraudulent activities • Harass or harm other users • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use our services for spam or advertising

• Our platform and content are protected by copyright and other laws • You retain ownership of your content • You grant us a license to use your content for our services • You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights • We may remove content that violates these terms

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties • We do not guarantee continuous, error-free service • We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided content • We do not guarantee vehicle conditions or transactions • Users are responsible for verifying vehicle information

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services • We are not responsible for disputes between users • Users agree to indemnify us against third-party claims • These limitations may not apply in all jurisdictions

• These terms are governed by the laws of Florida • Any disputes will be resolved in Orlando, Florida • You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts • These terms constitute the entire agreement between us • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms still apply
